Solid Stone Company Limited has declared a book closure for its equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, from September 15, 2026, to September 21, 2026, in connection with the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 22, 2026.

Solid Stone Company Ltd share price softened by 0.20% to Rs 24.93 after the company`s net profit tumbled by 86.67% to Rs 0.04 crore, while revenue from operations dropped sharply 44.48% to Rs 5.03 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) of Solid Stone Company Ltd stood at Rs 0.06 crore in Q2 FY26, surging by 20.00% year-on-year, and crashing by 88.24% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 1 crore, slipping 3.70% YoY and tumbling by 46.21% sequentially. Total expenses slumped by 42.33% to Rs 4.55 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. EBITDA surged by 311% to Rs 3.9 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 8.93% to Rs 1.22 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 4.05 crore in FY26, as against Rs 4.55 crore in FY25. Solid Stone Company Ltd crashed 26.68% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.83% during the same period.

Net profit of Solid Stone Company rose 50.00% to Rs 0.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
