Greenlam Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.4 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Greenlam Industries rose 1797.12% to Rs 39.46 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 2.08 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 25.80% to Rs 857.66 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 681.77 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 19.27% to Rs 56.26 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 69.69 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
