Hikal will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 6 August 2026.

Hikal announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.4 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Hikal declined 71.31% to Rs 14.40 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 50.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 6.00% to Rs 517.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 550.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 48.80 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 90.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
