SM Auto Stamping Limited announced changes to its management following its 20th Annual General Meeting held on September 7, 2026, including the reappointment of Mukund Narayan Kulkarni as Managing Director. Kulkarni, aged 66, holds 100 equity shares in the company and is the spouse of Non-Executive Director Alka Mukund Kulkarni; he also serves as a director in SM Autovision Pvt Ltd and BBN Global Association and chairs the Audit Committee of SM Auto Stamping Limited, receiving remuneration of Rs 54,00,000 per annum.
