Race Eco Chain Limited announced that its material subsidiary, Ganesha Recycling Chain Private Limited, has allotted 93,379 0.01% Compulsorily Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares with a face value of Rs 10 each for an aggregate consideration of Rs 4,66,89,500 to Race Eco Chain Limited, maintaining the parent company’s 51% ownership stake.

Race Eco Chain Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that its register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 20, 2026, to September 26, 2026, for the 26th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 26, 2026, and that the cut-off date for electronic voting is September 28, 2026, with remote e-voting commencing on September 23, 2026, and ending on September 25, 2026.

Race Eco Chain Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that it has divested 2,10,000 equity shares, representing approximately 0.99% of the share capital of Prime Industries Limited, an associate company, completing a sale transaction entered into on June 30, 2026, with delivery and settlement occurring on July 1, 2026. Consequently, Race Eco Chain Limited ceased to have significant influence over Prime Industries and Prime Industries ceased to be an associate company of Race Eco Chain Limited with effect from July 1, 2026, and received Rs 88,53,600 for the sale.

Race Eco Chain will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

Net profit of Race Eco Chain rose 25.68% to Rs 1.86 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 5.91% to Rs 182.48 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 193.95 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 73.78% to Rs 6.76 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 3.89 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
