Simbhaoli Sugars Limited has received approval from the Registrar of Companies, Noida, to extend the period for holding its Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2025-2026 by three months, until December 31, 2026, as the company undergoes Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, with Mr. Anurag Goel appointed as Interim Resolution Professional.

Simbhaoli Sugars Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the 3rd Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (“CoC”) was held on Thursday, September 10, 2026, in terms of Section 24 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The meeting discussed general operational matters and expressions of interest received, as the company undergoes Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process since July 11, 2024, with Anurag Goel appointed as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP).

Simbhaoli Sugars Limited will convene a meeting of its Interim Resolution Professional on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, to consider and review the consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The company, which is undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 since July 11, 2024, has Mr. Anurag Goel (IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P-00876/2017-18/11460) as Interim Resolution Professional managing its assets and functions.

Simbhaoli Sugars Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited that the 2nd Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (“CoC”) was held from Monday, 10th August 2026 to Thursday, 13th August 2026, to discuss general operational matters and approve key terms and eligibility criteria for the invitation of expression of Interest (EOI) including the EOI Process document and release of advertisement in Form G, as part of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process initiated on 11th July 2024, with Mr. Anurag Goel appointed as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP).

Simbhaoli Sugars will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.
