Moneyboxx Finance Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 9,09,200 stock options under the MFL Employee Stock Option Plan 2021, covering 9,09,200 equity shares with a face value of Re. 10 each, according to a regulatory filing on August 12, 2026. The options will vest in two, three, and four years, with 5,71,200, 2,69,000, and 69,000 options vesting respectively, and can be exercised within four years from the vesting date.
