R&B Denims Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors approved a loan agreement with Ganpati Energy Private Limited on Thursday, August 27, 2026. The unsecured loan is for Rs 10 crore to provide financial assistance towards Ganpati Energy Private Limited’s business activities, carries an interest rate of 13.80% per annum, and has a tenure commencing August 27, 2026, subject to repayment on demand or mutual consent.

R&B Denims will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.

R&B Denims announced that the 16th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 5 August 2026.

Net profit of R&B Denims declined 85.28% to Rs 1.12 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 7.61 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 37.88% to Rs 135.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 97.91 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 9.87% to Rs 24.76 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 27.47 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
