Net profit of Matrimony.com rose 18.70% to Rs 9.71 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 8.18 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Matrimony.com announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 11 August 2026.

Matrimony.com announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 5 per equity Share (i.e. 100%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Matrimony.com has allotted 3,100 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 336.40 per share towards exercise of options under Matrimony.com Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014.
