The Company`s net profit jumped 96.50% to Rs 19.08 crore, while revenue from operations gained 11.71% to Rs 130.51 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. EBITDA came in at Rs 20 crore, expanding by 215.87% YoY and jumping 110.58% sequentially. Total expenses saw a slight increase of 1.77% to Rs 110.8 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 39.17 crore, easing 5.30% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew marginally by 0.91% to Rs 459.99 crore, while net profit tanked by 24.54% to Rs 34.17 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 2127% to Rs 27.87 crore, and PBT plunged by 25.11% to Rs 43.3 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 75.42 crore in FY26, as against Rs 56.86 crore in FY25. Matrimony.com Ltd declined 7.66% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.56% during the same period.
