Aarvi Encon Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that Mr. Reyaz Khan, General Manager – Kolkata Branch and a member of the company’s senior management, passed away on August 20, 2026, following a long association with the company since 2008.

Aarvi Encon will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

Sales rose 19.25% to Rs 172.25 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 144.45 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 75.50% to Rs 17.62 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 10.04 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 27.32% to Rs 649.85 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 510.39 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
