Bits Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/S P R P A & COMPANY LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the company`s statutory auditors, subject to shareholder approval, to fill a casual vacancy. The board also approved alterations to the company’s Memorandum of Association to include new business activities related to manufacturing and trading of machinery, equipment, and electrical products, and fixed the date for the 34th Annual General Meeting as Sunday, September 27, 2026.
