Premier Ltd share price ticked higher by 1.38% to Rs 2.93 after the company`s net profit remained flat to Rs 1.76 crore, while revenue from operations remained flat to Rs 0.0 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Industrial Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.7 lakh crore, gaining 4.98%. It has eased by 0.26% over last one week and rallied by 41.62% in last one month while the market capitalization of Premier Ltd has marginally improved by 0.34% and 2.77% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Premier Ltd stood at Rs 1.76 crore in Q2 FY26, declining 9.28% year-on-year, and remaining flat quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 1 crore, dropping 14.46% YoY and slipping 7.79% sequentially. Total expenses softened by 2.81% to Rs 1.73 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.0 crore, remaining flat YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations remained flat , while net profit tumbled by 21.81% to Rs 8.14 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA tanked by 585% to Rs 3.12 crore, and PBT plunged by 21.81% to Rs 8.14 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 1.6 crore in FY26, as against Rs 1.81 crore in FY25. Premier Ltd nosedived by 21.66% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.83% during the same period.
