RLF Limited informed the BSE Limited that the company has determined September 24th, 2026, to September 30th, 2026, as the book closure period for the 46th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30th, 2026, and will provide e-voting facility to shareholders from September 27th, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. to September 29th, 2026, at 5:00 P.M.

RLF Limited announced the allotment of 13,00,000 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 10.50 per share on a preferential basis to Ashish Khanna and Aditya Khanna, both promoter group members, for Rs 1,36,50,000, converting outstanding unsecured loans. The allotment increases the company`s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 9,64,34,600 comprising 96,43,460 shares to Rs 10,94,34,600 comprising 1,09,43,460 shares, and will be listed on the BSE Limited.

RLF Limited’s board approved the allotment of 13,00,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 10.50 per share, including a premium of Rs 0.50 per share, to Ashish Khanna and Aditya Khanna, both promoter group members, as part of a preferential basis conversion of outstanding unsecured loans. The allotment, totaling Rs 1,36,50,000, increases the company’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 9,64,34,600 comprising 96,43,460 shares to Rs 10,94,34,600 comprising 1,09,43,460 shares.

RLF Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The company has closed its trading window for directors, officers, and designated employees from July 1, 2026, and it will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.

RLF announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on 17 July 2026.
