Centum Electronics Limited submitted a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as confirmed by KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Transfer Agent, and furnished to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.

Centum Electronics Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Centum Electronics Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its Audit Committee and Board reviewed and approved a statement of deviation or variation in the utilization of proceeds from a Qualified Institutional Placement (“QIP”) as of June 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 32 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; the company raised Rs 2,100 million through the QIP on March 13, 2025.
