Centum Electronics announced that the 33th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 13 August 2026.

Net profit of Centum Electronics declined 92.38% to Rs 1.64 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 21.53 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 27.30% to Rs 338.86 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 266.19 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 51.81 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 1.93 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 28.71% to Rs 950.32 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 738.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Centum Electronics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 5 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Centum Electronics has allotted 18,033 equity shares under ESOP. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 14,75,90,160/-.

Centum Electronics will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 May 2026.
