Centum Electronics Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its Audit Committee and Board reviewed and approved a statement of deviation or variation in the utilization of proceeds from a Qualified Institutional Placement (“QIP”) as of June 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 32 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; the company raised Rs 2,100 million through the QIP on March 13, 2025.

Centum Electronics will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

Net profit of Centum Electronics declined 92.38% to Rs 1.64 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 21.53 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 27.30% to Rs 338.86 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 266.19 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 51.81 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 1.93 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
