Kalpataru Projects International Ltd consolidated sales down 17.61% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit plunged by 27.65%,
Kalpataru Projects International Ltd share price ticked higher by 0.04% to Rs 1316.9. The Company`s net profit tumbled by 27.65% to Rs 311.53 crore, while revenue from operations slipped 17.61% to Rs 6407.97 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Civil Construction industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 9.34 lakh crore, declining 9.55%. It has inched up 0.78% over last one week and moved up slightly by 0.84% in last one month while the market capitalization of Kalpataru Projects International Ltd has improved by 2.87% and 7.24% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Kalpataru Projects International Ltd stood at Rs 420.47 crore in Q2 FY26, expanding by 44.88% year-on-year, and crashing by 17.77% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 485 crore, slipping 4.72% YoY and tanking 19.68% sequentially. Total expenses dropped by 17.65% to Rs 5982.72 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 1948.2 crore, plunging by 28.87% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 701.43 crore, inching up 5.80% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 21.63% to Rs 27143.06 crore, while net profit surged by 81.68% to Rs 1030.63 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 178349% to Rs 2135.03 crore, and PBT surged 66.58% to Rs 1370.65 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 1534.38 crore in FY26, as against Rs 913.95 crore in FY25. Kalpataru Projects International Ltd advanced by 6.38% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.56% during the same period.
