Regent Enterprises Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that no physical certificates were received for dematerialization of securities during that period.
