Orbit Exports Limited announced the completion of the extinguishment of 8,90,822 fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, as part of its buyback offer. The buyback offer period ran from July 21, 2026, to July 27, 2026. Following the extinguishment, the company`s paid-up share capital decreased to Rs 25,62,03,300, representing 2,56,20,330 equity shares. The extinguishment was certified by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, S. K. Jain & Co., and Central Depository Services (India) Limited.
