Sandesh will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 5 August 2026.

Sandesh announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 5 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net loss of Sandesh reported to Rs 34.54 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 9.24 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 178.78% to Rs 210.98 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 75.68 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 14.63% to Rs 65.84 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 77.12 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
