Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 31 July 2026.

Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 1 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection rose 55.74% to Rs 10.98 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 7.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 3.10% to Rs 208.56 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 202.28 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 64.29% to Rs 63.96 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 38.93 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 14.36% to Rs 1029.80 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 900.52 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
