Aavas Financiers Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 4,301 equity shares of Rs 10 each, pursuant to the exercise of Employee Stock Options under the Performance Stock Option Plan -2023 (“PSOP -2023”) and Performance Stock Option Plan -2024 (“PSOP -2024”) schemes, increasing the company`s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 79,29,00,260 to Rs 79,29,43,270.

Aavas Financiers announced the appointment of Vellur Gopalaraghavan Kannan (DIN: 03443982) as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non Executive Independent Director, effective 01 August 2026. Kannan has also been appointed as Chairperson of the Board, effective 01 August 2026, for a period of one year.
