DRA Consultants Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that Ms. Ravina Modi resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective August 31, 2026, to pursue an alternate career opportunity, and appointed Ms. Sara Girdhar Sharma as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 1, 2026.

DRA Consultants Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. at its registered office in Nagpur to approve the annual report for the year ended March 31, 2026, the secretarial audit report, and to fix the record date, cut-off date, and book closure date for the 17th Annual General Meeting, among other items including the reappointment of a statutory auditor for a five-year term and the resignation and appointment of a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Ms. Ravina Modi.
