Dhabriya Polywood Ltd share price declined 6.33% to Rs 458.2 after the company`s net profit grew slightly 6.36% to Rs 8.86 crore, while revenue from operations slipped slightly by 2.05% to Rs 68.31 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Plastic Products - Industrial industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.42 lakh crore, tumbling by 15.22%. It has softened by 1.20% over last one week and moved up slightly by 0.52% in last one month while the market capitalization of Dhabriya Polywood Ltd has slipped by 1.27% and 26.80% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Dhabriya Polywood Ltd stood at Rs 11.9 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 34.62% year-on-year, and gaining 2.06% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 16 crore, surging by 28.09% YoY and climbing 12.92% sequentially. Total expenses eased by 4.50% to Rs 55.12 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 32.37 crore, easing 9.76% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 10.96 crore, ticking higher by 5.18% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew 11.09% to Rs 235.11 crore, while net profit soared by 28.05% to Rs 18.03 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 3122% to Rs 36.92 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 25.88% to Rs 24.61 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 17.08 crore in FY26, as against Rs 31.76 crore in FY25. Dhabriya Polywood Ltd rallied 16.16% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 3.04% during the same period.

Dhabriya Polywood will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

Dhabriya Polywood has received the work order/LOI from an Indian company for supply & installation of Aluminum Door and Windows for a total value of Rs 18.59 crore (including GST).

Dhabriya Polywood announced that its wholly owned subsidiary company i.e. Dynasty Modular Furnitures has received the work order/LOI from M3M Group, for modular kitchen works for a total value of Rs 13.05 crore.

Dhabriya Polywood has received the work order/LOI from an Indian Company for supply & installation of aluminum door and window for a total value of Rs 15.17 crore (including GST).
