Ceinsys Tech Ltd share price declined by 0.02% to Rs 841.8 after the company`s net profit contracted by 16.73% to Rs 30.95 crore, while revenue from operations softened by 7.57% to Rs 157.79 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Computers - Software & Consulting industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 24.09 lakh crore, easing 5.06%. It has inched up 0.39% over last one week and advanced by 10.17% in last one month while the market capitalization of Ceinsys Tech Ltd has eased by 2.16% and 16.53% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Ceinsys Tech Ltd stood at Rs 41.9 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 23.74% year-on-year, and gaining 0.38% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 34 crore, rallying 31.35% YoY and slipping 8.97% sequentially. Total expenses marginally dropped 8.33% to Rs 122.06 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 32.11 crore, dipping slightly 0.28% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 65.29% to Rs 418.06 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 80.69% to Rs 63.24 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 4250% to Rs 66.33 crore, and PBT surged 80.31% to Rs 89.54 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 5.68 crore in FY26, as against Rs 49.04 crore in FY25. Ceinsys Tech Ltd tumbled by 50.47% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.56% during the same period.

Ceinsys Tech will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 August 2026.

Ceinsys Tech has received purchase order from EKS InTec India for design planning and simulation of 4 production lines for a total value of Rs. 3.56 crore.

The board of  Ceinsys Tech at its meeting held on 06 July 2026 has approved the formation of a joint venture company with AI Fabrik, Inc, USA, for exploring business opportunities in relation to projects for creation of sovereign AI infrastructure and services platform in India to secure AI NEO cloud in India for Indian government, citizen services, companies, cybersecurity and defence use cases and all other activities that may be decided to be pursued. The board also approved initial investment of Rs 25 crore by the company in the proposed JV company in a phased manner.  

Net profit of Ceinsys Tech rose 69.96% to Rs 37.17 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 21.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 19.89% to Rs 170.71 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 142.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 110.97% to Rs 133.42 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 63.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 58.04% to Rs 660.70 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 418.06 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
