The board of  Ceinsys Tech at its meeting held on 06 July 2026 has approved the formation of a joint venture company with AI Fabrik, Inc, USA, for exploring business opportunities in relation to projects for creation of sovereign AI infrastructure and services platform in India to secure AI NEO cloud in India for Indian government, citizen services, companies, cybersecurity and defence use cases and all other activities that may be decided to be pursued. The board also approved initial investment of Rs 25 crore by the company in the proposed JV company in a phased manner.  

Net profit of Ceinsys Tech rose 69.96% to Rs 37.17 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 21.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 19.89% to Rs 170.71 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 142.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 110.97% to Rs 133.42 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 63.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 58.04% to Rs 660.70 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 418.06 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Ceinsys Tech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.3.50 per share (i.e.35%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Ceinsys Tech in Joint Venture with Magnasoft Consulting India & GIS and RS Consulting Centre GeoGrapic LLC has received acceptance letter from Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia (MEPA), Georgia for execution of the design, supply and installation of Georgia Land Information System (LIS) on 28 April 2026 for the contract price in the aggregate of Rs. 20.85 crore.
