Relic Technologies Ltd share price declined by 0.95% to Rs 67.99 after the company`s net profit tumbled by 64.97% to Rs 1.03 crore, while revenue from operations dropped sharply 25.53% to Rs 0.35 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) of Relic Technologies Ltd stood at Rs 1.04 crore in Q2 FY26, tanking 71.74% year-on-year, and expanding by 19.54% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 1 crore, falling 14.02% YoY and jumping 20.51% sequentially. Total expenses grew marginally by 5.88% to Rs 1.62 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.79 crore, collapsing by 17.71% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations jumped by 34.85% to Rs 2.67 crore, while net profit jumped 365.77% to Rs 6.94 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 230% to Rs 5.74 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 368.71% to Rs 6.89 crore compared to previous TTM. Relic Technologies Ltd nosedived by 13.43% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.83% during the same period.

Relic Technologies Limited reported no deviation or variation in the utilization of proceeds from its preferential issue of equity shares and share warrants for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. The company had raised Rs 1317.50 Lakhs through the equity shares and Rs 374.98 Lakhs through the convertible warrants, with the warrants fully converted into equity shares by December 13, 2025, and the proceeds utilized in accordance with the objects stated in the explanatory statement approved by shareholders on March 18, 2025.
