Rallis India Limited will close its trading window for company securities from September 24, 2026, in accordance with the ‘Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading,’ and will reopen 48 hours after the board of directors meeting to consider the un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
