NATH INDUSTRIES LIMITED informed the BSE Ltd. on October 8, 2026, that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives with effect from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company has requested condonation for a delay in submitting the trading window closure intimation to the BSE Listing Portal, despite timely filing with the NSDL portal on September 28, 2026.
