Kundan Minerals and Metals Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the company’s report, corporate governance report, management discussion and analysis report, and notice of the Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, at a meeting held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. The company also appointed Mr. Ansh Bhambri of M/s Bhambri & Associates as the scrutinizer for the remote e-voting and M/s National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) to provide remote e-voting facilities and conduct the Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 22, 2026, at 12:30 P.M. through Video Conference and Other Audio Visual Means.
