Panama Petrochem Ltd share price gained 2.91% to Rs 544.75 after the company`s net profit surged by 334.59% to Rs 308.91 crore, while revenue from operations increased sharply by 110.89% to Rs 1735.15 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Lubricants industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 31458.63 crore, surging by 43.23%. It has inched up 1.65% over last one week and jumped by 20.48% in last one month while the market capitalization of Panama Petrochem Ltd has sharply increased by 19.46% and 83.51% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Panama Petrochem Ltd stood at Rs 382.58 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 627.62% year-on-year, and expanding by 336.93% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 384 crore, rallying 655.16% YoY and expanding by 334.14% sequentially. Total expenses jumped by 83.80% to Rs 1350.95 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 1096.83 crore, witnessing a sharp rise of 86.70% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 40.33 crore, soaring 276.92% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations posted a slight growth of 9.72% to Rs 3064.26 crore, while net profit improved by 13.62% to Rs 212.5 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 23477% to Rs 262.81 crore, and PBT expanded by 14.96% to Rs 262.54 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 69.38 crore in FY26, as against Rs 162.11 crore in FY25. Panama Petrochem Ltd jumped 56.79% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.04% during the same period.
