Rane Holdings Ltd share price inched up 1.52% to Rs 1801.15. The Company`s net profit plunged by 44.86% to Rs 48.27 crore, while revenue from operations softened by 1.35% to Rs 1586.88 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Holding Company industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 4.46 lakh crore, easing 0.72%. It has eased by 2.49% over last one week and heading higher by 13.91% in last one month while the market capitalization of Rane Holdings Ltd has improved by 2.51% and 25.22% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Rane Holdings Ltd stood at Rs 60.58 crore in Q2 FY26, declining 4.22% year-on-year, and plunging by 34.42% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 77 crore, rising 1.31% YoY and tumbling by 27.88% sequentially. Total expenses saw a slight increase of 0.09% to Rs 1554.39 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 1051.84 crore, inching up 5.35% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 177.72 crore, ticking higher by 2.68% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations jumped by 34.89% to Rs 5883.31 crore, while net profit tanked by 38.07% to Rs 136.78 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 26394% to Rs 337.95 crore, and PBT collapsed by 46.19% to Rs 176.91 crore compared to previous TTM. Rane Holdings Ltd rallied 22.38% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.83% during the same period.

Rane Holdings will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

Rane Steering Systems (RSSL), wholly owned subsidiary of Rane Holdings, has today entered into a Power Purchase Agreement with Hexa Energy BH Eleven (Hexa), Gurugram, for procuring renewable energy (Solar) for its plant situated in Bawal, Haryana. In addition to the above, RSSL will also be entering into a Share Subscription and Shareholders` Agreement with Hexa for acquisition of 26.00% equity shares.
