Rane Holdings announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on 12 June 2026.

Rane Holdings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 47 per equity Share (i.e. 470%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
