Rajeswari Infrastructure Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the record date for corporate actions has been revised to Thursday, October 01, 2026, as per the resolution plan approved by the Hon’ble NCLT Chennai dated January 13, 2026, and subsequent advice received from the BSE on September 21, 2026.

Rajeswari Infrastructure Limited has fixed September 25, 2026, as the record date for determining the holders of shares subject to actions contemplated under the National Company Law Tribunal’s January 13, 2026, order and approved resolution plan, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange. The company’s corporate restructuring, including the extinguishment, reduction, consolidation, and reconstitution of public share capital and fresh equity infusion by the Resolution Applicant, was previously sanctioned by the NCLT Chennai Bench on January 13, 2026, concluding the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.

Rajeswari Infrastructure Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on September 21, 2026, to consider and approve the record date for a corporate action as per a resolution plan approved by the Hon’ble NCLT, Chennai, as well as the suspension of trading of existing equity shares and ISIN-INE016C01014 to comply with the order and approved resolution plan. The board will also take note of the extinguishment of existing equity shares held by promoters and promoter group, the constitution of share capital held by public shareholders, and an action plan for the allotment of new equity shares.

Rajeswari Infrastructure announced that the 32th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 13 July 2026.
