Dai-ichi Karkaria Ltd share price softened by 2.94% to Rs 310.0 after the company`s net profit tumbled by 329.21% to Rs 2.04 crore, while revenue from operations increased sharply by 40.22% to Rs 57.84 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) of Dai-ichi Karkaria Ltd stood at Rs 4.45 crore in Q2 FY26, plunging by 744.93% year-on-year, and tanking 594.44% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 5 crore, expanding by 824.49% YoY and crashing by 988.24% sequentially. Total expenses soared by 26.44% to Rs 54.52 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 40.3 crore, witnessing a sharp rise of 66.25% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 7.14 crore, witnessing a strong rise of 15.72% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations fell 11.07% to Rs 161.3 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 152.43% to Rs 3.24 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 898% to Rs 1.19 crore, and PBT collapsed by 137.43% to Rs 3.17 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 5.18 crore in FY26, as against Rs 16.12 crore in FY25. Dai-ichi Karkaria Ltd gained 3.75% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.83% during the same period.
