The unit, which contributed Rs 11.96 crore in revenue, representing 16.27% of the company’s total annual consolidated turnover of Rs 73.51 crore, and Rs 48.19 crore to the company’s net worth, representing 27.70% of the audited net worth of Rs 173.94 crore as of March 31, 2026, is being sold as part of a strategic portfolio optimization to unlock capital and reinforce working capital.
