Confidence Petroleum India Ltd share price inched up 1.48% to Rs 82.54 after the company`s net profit saw a strong growth of 81.88% to Rs 62.55 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 98.12% to Rs 2408.53 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of LPG/CNG/PNG/LNG Supplier industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.68 lakh crore, easing 9.43%. It has softened by 1.41% over last one week and gained upto 4.62% in last one month while the market capitalization of Confidence Petroleum India Ltd has improved by 0.61% and 31.52% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Confidence Petroleum India Ltd stood at Rs 83.63 crore in Q2 FY26, rallying 205.78% year-on-year, and jumping 96.22% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 140 crore, surging by 84.31% YoY and expanding by 56.99% sequentially. Total expenses surged 97.95% to Rs 2307.04 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 37.21 crore, registering a fall of 30.66% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 11.11 crore, tanking by 21.04% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations advanced 16.58% to Rs 3145.76 crore, while net profit declined by 13.72% to Rs 90.84 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 35780% to Rs 281.93 crore, and PBT declined 18.16% to Rs 116.69 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 5.32 crore in FY26, as against Rs 255.7 crore in FY25. Confidence Petroleum India Ltd rallied 68.14% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.56% during the same period.

Confidence Petroleum India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 August 2026.

Confidence Petroleum India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
