Cubical Financial Services Limited announced the re-appointment of Shri Ashwani Kumar Gupta as Executive Chairman and Managing Director for a further term of 5 years, commencing October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2031, subject to member approval at the company`s forthcoming general meeting. The decision, based on a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, follows the expiration of Gupta’s existing term on September 30, 2026.
