Jainco Projects (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. on September 15, 2026, that a case filed against the company under section 7 for initiation of a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) before NCLT, Kolkata, has been withdrawn, with a final order still pending.

Jainco Projects (India) Limited said the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from September 24, 2026, to September 29, 2026, for the Annual General Meeting, with September 23, 2026, as the cut-off date for remote e-voting.
