Rishi Laser Limited informed the BSE Limited that it is forwarding a certificate received from Adroit Corporate Services Private Limited, its registrar and share transfer agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.

The company received Rs 30 crore as upfront consideration/subscription amount and an additional Rs 9 crore from warrant holders during the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with Rs 3 crore having been utilized for working capital and general corporate purposes.
