Rishi Laser Limited reported no deviation or variation in the utilization of funds raised through a preferential issue of convertible warrants, according to a filing with the BSE Limited on August 13, 2026. The company received Rs 30 crore as upfront consideration/subscription amount and an additional Rs 9 crore from warrant holders during the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with Rs 3 crore having been utilized for working capital and general corporate purposes.
