Market Creators Limited announced that its board approved the appointment of M/s. Kirti Sharma & Associates, Peer Reviewed Firm, as Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years, from the financial year 2026-27 to 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting, and noted the resignation of Mrs. Heena Patel as Secretarial Auditor, effective September 5, 2026.

Market Creators Limited will hold its 34th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at “Creative Castle” in Vadodara, Gujarat, and the company’s register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 23, 2026, to September 29, 2026, both days inclusive.
