Seamec Limited informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange that it entered into Addendum 1 and Addendum 2, dated August 31, 2026, to the Memorandum of Agreement dated July 21, 2026, for the purchase of vessel “Seamec Anant” from HAL Offshore Limited, amending Schedule I and revising the Notice of Readiness date to September 15, 2026, and the Cancelling Date to October 15, 2026; the transaction is a related party transaction and there is no impact.

SEAMEC LIMITED entered into a Consortium Agreement with SUPREME HYDRO ENGINEERING PVT LIMITED on August 14, 2026, to avail support on diving technical expertise for the ONGC Vessel “SAMUDRA PRABHA,” with a total contract value of approximately USD 1.39 million inclusive of GST.

SEAMEC announced that its vessel �SEAMEC PALADIN� after completion of its regulatory formalities has been on hired with effect from 15 July 2026 at 06:10 hrs to resume its long term charter with ONGC.
