SEAMEC Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, to consider and approve unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The trading window for the company`s securities was closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared.

SEAMEC Limited announced on October 21, 2026, that it and HAL Offshore Limited have entered into a contract with Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for the charter hire of the vessel SEAMEC ANANT for IMR jobs. The charter hire period is approximately 1225 days, with a total contract value of about USD 55 million exclusive of GST, and the transaction is considered a related party transaction as HAL Offshore Limited holds 70.77% shareholding in SEAMEC Limited.

SEAMEC LIMITED entered into a Bimco Charter Party with G R Infraprojects Limited for the charter hire of its vessel “SEAMEC II” to deploy in subsea installation work for the Pipeline Replacement Project (PRP-8 A) and DSF 2 Project of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), with a tenure of 180 days and a total value of approximately USD 19.02 million exclusive of GST, commencing between October 15, 2026 and October 31, 2026.

Seamec Limited informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange that it entered into Addendum 1 and Addendum 2, dated August 31, 2026, to the Memorandum of Agreement dated July 21, 2026, for the purchase of vessel “Seamec Anant” from HAL Offshore Limited, amending Schedule I and revising the Notice of Readiness date to September 15, 2026, and the Cancelling Date to October 15, 2026; the transaction is a related party transaction and there is no impact.
