SEAMEC LIMITED entered into a Consortium Agreement with SUPREME HYDRO ENGINEERING PVT LIMITED on August 14, 2026, to avail support on diving technical expertise for the ONGC Vessel “SAMUDRA PRABHA,” with a total contract value of approximately USD 1.39 million inclusive of GST.

SEAMEC LIMITED entered into a Consortium Agreement with SUPREME HYDRO ENGINEERING PVT LIMITED on August 14, 2026, to avail support on diving technical expertise for the ONGC vessel “SAMUDRA SEVAK,” with a total contract value of approximately USD 1.47 million inclusive of GST.

SEAMEC announced that the Company`s Vessel �SEAMEC SWORDFISH� has been off hired with effect from 30 July 2026 at 14:30 hrs (KSA) for carrying out planned maintenance.

SEAMEC announced that its vessel �SEAMEC PALADIN� after completion of its regulatory formalities has been on hired with effect from 15 July 2026 at 06:10 hrs to resume its long term charter with ONGC.

SEAMEC has entered into a Bimco Charter Party with M/s. Lamprell Energy for Charter Hire of our Barge �SEAMEC GLORIOUS� for working in Mumbai High & West Coast Offshore including Daman Oilfield for carrying out jobs related to offshore accommodation and hook-up work barge & Support for Project of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC). The firm period of Charter is for 180 days with option for extension. The charter to commence within the window period of 15 October 2026 to 31 October 2026. The total value of the contract is USD 5.21 million, inclusive of GST.
