Cheviot Company announced that the 128th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 6 August 2026.

Cheviot Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 25 per equity Share (i.e. 250%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
