Woodsvilla Limited informed the BSE SME Platform that USRK & COMPANY, Practicing Company Secretaries, resigned from the position of Secretarial Auditor, effective August 26, 2026, citing a professional fee that was not commensurate with the work required. The resignation was tendered with effect from August 26, 2026, and the company disclosed the reason for the change and the date of cessation in a regulatory filing.

Woodsvilla Limited appointed M/s Kundan Agrawal & Associates, with Mr. Kundan Agrawal as proprietor, as the company’s Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2025-26, filling a vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s USRK & Company on August 26, 2026. The appointment was approved by the company’s board of directors on August 27, 2026, and detailed disclosures are included in an annexure.
