Padmanabh Industries Limited informed the BSE that the company`s register of members will be closed from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, for the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

Kishan Patel & Associates as its internal auditor for the same period, the company said in a filing with the BSE Ltd. on Friday, September 3, 2026, adding that the company’s annual general meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at its registered office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and the register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
