Dhoot Industrial Finance announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on 20 August 2026.

Dhoot Industrial Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Dhoot Industrial Finance reported to Rs 4.16 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 15.51 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 19.83% to Rs 4.17 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 3.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 4.71% to Rs 17.99 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 18.88 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 267.17% to Rs 41.16 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 11.21 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
