Dhoot Industrial Finance Limited informed the BSE Limited that the company’s register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 4, 2026, to September 10, 2026, both days inclusive, for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of final dividend for the financial year 2025-2026, if declared, and for the 48th Annual General Meeting, with September 3, 2026, set as the record date.
