The Investment Trust of India Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, up to 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to be intimated separately.

The Investment Trust of India Ltd share price softened by 0.66% to Rs 97.35. The Company`s net profit soared by 103.28% to Rs 12.38 crore, while revenue from operations edged up 11.75% to Rs 59.36 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Other Financial Services industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 63565.43 crore, expanding by 19.65%. It has slipped by 0.62% over last one week and moved up slightly by 4.76% in last one month while the market capitalization of The Investment Trust of India Ltd has eased by 4.79% and 0.83% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of The Investment Trust of India Ltd stood at Rs 14.8 crore in Q2 FY26, rising by 12.72% year-on-year, and jumping 83.85% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 1 crore, rallying 186.21% YoY and plunging by 68.08% sequentially. Total expenses posted a minor rise of 2.04% to Rs 56.44 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 28.13 crore, easing 4.92% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations surged 22.67% to Rs 352.97 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 129.94% to Rs 45.92 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 504% to Rs 43.22 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 83.45% to Rs 66.61 crore compared to previous TTM. The Investment Trust of India Ltd nosedived by 37.70% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.83% during the same period.

Net profit of The Investment Trust of India rose 6.78% to Rs 6.14 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 5.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 43.48% to Rs 53.12 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 93.99 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 29.27% to Rs 30.08 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 42.53 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
