Real Eco-Energy Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at its registered office to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as per SEBI regulations, and the trading window for company securities is currently closed for promoters, directors, and employees and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared.

Real Eco-Energy Limited informed the BSE Limited that it has received a confirmation certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, from Purva Share Registry (India) Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Real Eco-Energy Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018.
