Sanghvi Movers Limited announced that shareholders approved the reappointment of M/s M S K A & Associates LLP as the company`s statutory auditors for a second term of 5 years, effective from the conclusion of the 37th Annual General Meeting held on August 24, 2025, until the conclusion of the 42nd Annual General Meeting in the financial year 2030-31.

Sanghvi Movers announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 24 August 2026.
