Samyak International Limited will hold its 32nd Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. IST via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. The company’s share transfer books and register of members will be closed from September 15, 2026, to September 30, 2026, and the cut-off date for shareholders to participate in electronic voting is September 23, 2026.

Samyak International Limited informed the BSE that its Board of Directors approved the Notice of 32nd Annual General Meeting and Board’s Report, and that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 15, 2026, to September 30, 2026, with the 32nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026, at 05:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means, and appointed Mr. Ajit Jain of M/s. Ajit Jain & Co., Practicing Company Secretary, Indore, as Scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
