Rollatainers Limited announced that its board of directors approved the acquisition of shares of Satelite Forgings Private Limited, a related party, for a consideration not exceeding Rs 100 crore. The acquisition requires shareholder approval and will be subject to a resolution at the company’s 55th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026.

Rollatainers Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that its board approved the notice for the 55th Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 09:30 A.M., along with the draft board report, corporate governance report, and management discussion and analysis report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company set Wednesday, September 23, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining member eligibility for remote e-voting, which will be provided by CDSL from September 27, 2026, at 09:00 A.M. IST to September 29, 2026, at 05:00 P.M. IST, and appointed AASK & Associates LLP as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process.

Rollatainers Limited convened an Extra Ordinary General Meeting on Monday, August 31, 2026, where shareholders approved an increase in the company’s authorized share capital and a special resolution for the issue of convertible equity warrants to promoters, promoter group entities, and certain identified non-promoter persons/entities. Shareholders also approved the appointment and regularization of Sunil Kumar Sharma as Executive Director and Managing Director, and the appointment of Vipul Gupta as Non-Executive Independent Director, along with an approval under Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013, for investments, loans, guarantees, and securities. The company will display the poll results on its website www.rollatainers.in and inform the stock exchanges within two working days.

Rollatainers will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.
