Chartered Accountants has resigned as the company`s statutory auditors effective August 13, 2026, due to preoccupation with other personal and professional commitments. The auditors were initially appointed on September 29, 2022, for a five-year term ending at the company`s FY 2026-27 annual general meeting. Mohit Paper Mills Limited will provide a limited review report for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, following the resignation.
