Natraj Proteins Limited will hold a board meeting on October 29, 2026, at its registered office in Itarsi, Madhya Pradesh, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, and a limited review report by the statutory auditors, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited.

Natraj Proteins Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Ltd. on October 12, 2026, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositaries and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, as certified by its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, M/s Ankit Consultancy Private Limited.

Natraj Proteins Limited informed the BSE that the trading window for dealing in the company`s shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the quarterly and half-yearly unaudited financial results for the period ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and related circulars. The company will inform the date of the board meeting to approve the financial results in due course, and promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares during the closure period.
