Samrat Pharmachem Limited will hold a board meeting on November 14, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The company will announce the results after the board meeting and will make them available on its website, www.samratpharmachem.com.

Samrat Pharmachem Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for its designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Samrat Pharmachem Limited announced the appointment of M/s Divyesh J Shah & Associates as its statutory auditors, effective September 23, 2026, following the expiry of the tenure of M/s Shah & Savla LLP, which served as auditors for ten years. The appointment was approved by shareholders at the company’s 34th Annual General Meeting and M/s Divyesh J Shah & Associates will hold office until the conclusion of the 39th Annual General Meeting in 2031.

Samrat Pharmachem will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.
